Ultrason. Ferroelectr. Freq. Control、Nanotechnology、IEEE Trans. Ind. Electron.、Smart Mat. Struct.、Carbon等 。科研项目透明柔软的薄膜电晶体电路在未来电子纸、柔性电池、电子标籤、柔性显示和透明显示等领域具有广阔的套用前景 , 器件性能的突破源于新型有机或无机材料的发现和选用 。不同于传统的硅基电路 , 柔性电子器件需要採用新材料和新技术製作于柔性的塑胶等衬底上 。氧化物半导体具有较高载流子迁移率 , 但机械柔韧性较差 。有机半导体的室温工艺条件和低成本优势是未来柔性电子发展方向之一 , 但其载流子迁移率较低、环境稳定性差等问题仍亟待改善 。新型碳纳米材料(如碳纳米管、石墨烯)具有优异的电学、光学和机械特性 , 适合于製备透明柔性的薄膜电晶体电路 , 将极有可能促进柔性电子器件的发展 。获奖荣誉2011年在NT11 International Conference on the Science and Application of Nanotubes会议上 , 获得“Best Poster Prize Winner”奖 。2009年获得Sensors and Actuators, A: Physical杂誌颁发的“Valued Reviewer”奖 。2005年获得了国家留学基金委颁发的“惠普中国优秀学生奖” 。会议报告1.
