高等电子与电工技术工程师学校( 二 ) _生活百科

Un amphithéatre de 200 places1934年七月一个法律的出台，学校的教育从两年制改为三年制，并且成为正式的工程师大学校。（lui confère le droit de figurer sur la liste officielle des établissements habilités à délivrer un dipl?me d'ingénieur）。1960年, 随着宝玑家族的中落，Ecole Breguet 被转给了CCIP巴黎工商会Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Paris 。宝玑手錶转让给瑞士Swatch集团。新东家CCIP把教育从3年变到了5年，为了能让BAC结束的人可以直接学习他们喜欢的专业。CCIP是一个官方的工商协会（établissement public)工商会们也有培养行业人才促进行业发展的使命,创办了很多学校。商会手下的学校不算是Public也不算是Privé而叫Ecole Consulaire, 财政预算里有一部分由CCIP提供。1968年CCIP决定将学校改名为现在的名字ESIEE Ecole Supérieur d'Ingénieurs en Electrotechnique et Electronique 。当时的ECOLE BREGET已经培养了60届学生近4000人，在电力，机械，航空，工业等各个领域均有所建树。最有名的就是M. Marcel DASSAULT (promo 1912)，也就是着名军工企业达索集团（幻影，阵风均出自达索公司之手）的创办者。

当时的学校1965年开始CCIP就在讨论把学校日渐拥挤的巴黎校区的问题，期间研究过几个方案。比如整修本来的校区，比如搬到巴黎的南郊的Antony 或 Palaiseau都因为成本太高而作罢，在70年代，一个方案几乎实施，就是搬到Jouy-en-Josas HEC的校区利用和重修一些HEC当时用不到的楼，此方案都已经到了规划和设计图纸的地步了但是后来却不了了之。1984年在国家发展巴黎东郊的计画下敲定了搬迁到Marne la vallee的方案，并开始施工。建筑师Dominique PERRAULT电脑键盘的造型的创意赢得了招标，这个牛人也是Bibliothèque Fran?ois-Mitterrand的建筑师，经过3年的施工1987年11月25号在时任总理席哈克Jacques CHIRAC以及其他2000来号政工商界人士的见证下，ESIEE正式从小巴黎搬到了大巴黎马恩河谷。

ESIEE Paris主教学楼1991年，ESIEE太空项目组于库鲁成功发射了一枚小型太空卫星，该卫星完全由ESIEE师生独立设计。1992年，ESIEE amiens分校成立，开始了在亚眠市的教学。1995年，学校成立ISTM管理学院。1997年，ESIEE amiens分校第一批工程师学生毕业。2007年，ISTM管理学院改名ESIEE management 。同年ESIEE加入巴黎大学组织。2008年，ESIEE（主校）正式更名为ESIEE Paris 。2012年，ESIEE management正式併入ESIEE Paris 。2017年2月，以ESIEE Paris为核心的东巴黎大学获得了"卓越计画"的I-SITE标籤，东巴黎大学将于2019年与MIT，代尔夫特理工争夺世界排名。法国拥有世界一流的教学质量和资源，但是由于法国实行小而精的精英教育(grande ecole)，所以法国大学在世界排名中差强人意。因此，法国开始了大学整合风，东巴黎大学因此诞生。"卓越计画"是法国"未来投资计画"的一部分，为了争夺世界排名。该计画选取了9所合併后的综合性大学和9所合併后的非综合性大学竞争世界排名。以ESIEE Paris为核心的东巴黎大学获得了非综合性大学的投资计画。东巴黎大学成员为:ESIEE Paris,Ifsttar, UPEM, EAVT, EIVP和ENPC，所有成员将以东巴黎大学的名字于2019年参加世界排名，2020年联合招收第一届硕士生。值得注意的是，联合招生后，作为法国引以为傲的工程师教育仍保留，硕士阶段分为研究型硕士和工程师。从1904年开始，还没有电子产品，更不用说计算机和信息系统，ESIEE主要专注于电力和机械。随着技术和技术的发展，学校的教学进行了调整。地面电视和广播课程出现在30年代和40年代，并在战争后根据电子学的总称进行更新并大力发展。科学和技术教育以及广泛的普通教育为辅，宝玑学校的毕业生广泛就业于各行各业。主要在电气或机械建筑，电子，航空，还有EDF，公共工程，运输等国家服务行业。工程师教育作为法国人最引以为傲的精英教育体制，儘管两者均属于BAC 5+ 级别，但是工商界对工程师学位的认可远超出传统的Master By Research 。ESIEE Paris作为一所工程师大学校，拥有多个学科的工程师文凭授予权，学生在获得Dipl?me d'ingénieur 后大多数均能迅速的在各个行业中取得相应的职位。课程安排：第一学年：人文与预备课程第二学年：人文与预备课程第三学年：多学科课程第四学年：工程师课程第五学年：专业学习：学生将在一所合作院校（以学生工程师的身份），或一个国家技术机构（以硕士在读生的身份），或一所国外大学（如普林斯顿大学、东京大学、新加坡南洋理工大学、清华大学、蒙特娄大学、南安普顿大学、卡尔斯鲁厄理工学院）进行学习。科学硕士教育巴黎高电提供了信息管理科学的硕士课程，课程教学任务由ESIEE Management 承担。学生在完成两年的硕士课程后获得管理科学硕士文凭（MSc）。博士课程巴黎高电提供以下Phd课程：· Computer Sciences and Imagery· Real Time and Embedded Systems· Microsystems, Micro and Nano Technologies· Electronics and Communication system· Innovation and Change Management· Signal Processing科研作为巴黎大学（东区）董事成员，ESIEE在科研方面起着带头作用，在微电子科学方面ESIEE Paris在欧洲乃至全球享有盛誉，英特尔众多的企业家，科学家从这里走出去。ESIEE现参与东巴黎大学高等教育研究集团，Carnot VITRES研究院和先进数字与系统研究集团。拥有三个研究中心：计算机科学研究中心，微电子与通信研究中心和创新管理研究中心。拥有三个合作研究单位：LIGM计算机实验室，ESYCOM实验室和IFRIS研究集团。Computer Science Research CenterThe Computer Science Research Center of ESIEE-Paris has been created in 2009, together with two other centers: the Microsystems, Electronics and Telecommunication Center and the Innovation Management Center. It hosts the research activities of the Computer Science Department and the Embedded Systems Department of ESIEE-Engineering, and some research activities held in the Telecommunication Department of ESIEE-Engineering and in ESIEE-Management. It is composed of 31 academic staff members and 24 PhD students. A major part of the staff (17 permanent members) is also associated to the Laboratoire d'Informatique Gaspard-Monge (LIGM), which is a joint research unit UPEMLV-ESIEE-ENPC-CNRS (UMR 8049) of Université Paris-Est. Two members are associated to the Laboratoire d'Ingénierie des Systèmes de Versailles (LISV) and one member to the PRiSM laboratory of Université de Versailles Saint Quentin.During the period 2008-2009, the center has produced: three books, one special issue, thirteen book chapters, three patents, 59 journal articles and 154 articles in conference proceedings. Sixteen journal articles are in submission. Real-time systems and networks: real-time control, scheduling, real-time embedded system design, energy management, wireless multiservice networks...Signal processing: information measures, source separation, multiple-input/multiple-output radar systems.Electronics Communications and MicrosystemsResearch Division in Electronics Communications and MicrosystemsThe Research Division in Electronics, Communications and Microsystems was created in 2009 at ESIEE-Paris, together with two other divisions: the Informatics Division, and the Innovation Management Division.The Research Division in Electronics, Communications and Microsystems hosts the research activities of the Electronics System Department and the Telecommunication Department of ESIEE-Engineering.
