Sierra在悲惨世界美国巡演期间，平时只有两句独唱。分别为第一幕的And in a bed与第二幕的Nothing ever will 。
Sierra在歌剧魅影拉斯维加斯版演出时，因舞台机关故障，磕掉了两颗门牙。
Sierra在试镜小美人鱼的前一天晚上得了食物中毒，当晚在医院度过，第二次试镜才拿到角色。
Sierra原计画在BBC Proms举办的West Side Story音乐会饰演Maria，但遭到非议，她被指责“侵占了拉丁裔演员的角色”，主动退出后得到好评。
关于暱称的由来由于Sierra是百老汇音乐剧《小美人鱼》女主角Ariel的首演，因此有了小美人鱼这个暱称，后来引申到鲛人、人鱼小姐、鱼姐、鱼妹妹、鱼、儒艮小姐、食人鱼这些暱称。而其好友Ramin Karimloo和Hadley Fraser (两人分别为《歌剧魅影》25周年纪念演出的两为主要男角Phantom和Raoul的扮演者)在网上的暱称分别为拉麵和肉排，为了把他们三人凑成一组,于是又有网友给Sierra发明了鱼肉,三文鱼,吞拿鱼等和鱼类的食物有关的暱称，但她最为人熟知的暱称依然是美人鱼。
